Free and reduced-price meals

For 2025-26 school year, free meals are available to families of all primary schools including River HomeLink.

Students at other schools may qualify to receive meals at no cost for families. Please check the family income requirements and fill out an application in Skyward or download and print an application (see below). Please note that even if your child has qualified for free meals in the past, you will still need to reapply.

Fill out this form in addition to an application for free or reduced-price meals to reduce or waive fees to participate in many extracurricular and athletic activities.

Full meals

Under federal guidelines, approval of meal benefits is limited to full meals. This means that if your child wants to purchase only a milk, they will be charged full price for the milk.

A meal is:

  • One entrée

  • Fruit/vegetables

  • One milk or juice
