River HomeLink is again participating in the National Geography Bee. Over the next few weeks, take time at home to enjoy the study helps available from the official website. The Kahoots are especially fun! I also like the challenge of the daily quizzes.

In the month of December, 4th – 8th grade students will participate in class level bees. Check with your consultant concerning the class level group to which you belong and possible dates for the class bee.

The best class level geographers will participate in the school-wide bee Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 10:00 AM. The best geographer in the school will then be eligible to compete for a spot in the state Bee and the possibility of a trip to Washington DC.

Not all the details are not yet solidified, so expect more information in the coming weeks.
